We follow industry-standard procedures to ensure your data is safe at all times. Your data is encrypted between your browser and the Medal Social platform using the TLS 1.3 standard. Additionally, your data is encrypted on the hardware it resides on at our service provider (encryption at rest).
Medal Social is hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Data is stored in Norway, and the data center is certified according to ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 20000-1, ISO 22301, ISO 9001, and CSA Star. These certifications confirm that the services and platform meet the security, privacy, and data protection requirements for various industries and jurisdiction
Only users you invite to your workspace have access to your data. Personnel involved in the technical management of the solution may have temporary access to the data to perform their tasks. We have strict procedures in place to limit and monitor this access. Other employees do not have the ability to view your workspaces data unless you explicitly grant access.
