Tools for teams who build on Medal Social

Teams with developers can now connect Medal Social to their own apps and tools using our official toolkit. Pilot also got a command-line version, and earned the OpenSSF Silver badge, a recognised standard for building open software safely. Navigation across the app is more consistent.
