Why is HubSpot more expensive?
HubSpot stacks Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub separately, plus contact-tier pricing. Medal Social bundles equivalent functionality with seat-based pricing, no contact-tier tax.
What if I only need part of Medal?
Most teams start with Content + Inbox on Creator, then add CRM, email campaigns, and automations with Business.
Can I keep using Salesforce / HubSpot CRM?
There is no native 2-way CRM sync today. Many teams keep their existing CRM and use Medal for social, inbox, and email — CSV import/export keeps data portable, and webhooks can push events to other systems.
